XingBang bucket elevator is to the lift vertically the materials,which are limestone, coal, gypsum, clinker, dry clay granular materials as well as raw material, cement, coal and other powdery materials. According to the working speed of hopper, bucket elevator can be divided into: centrifugal discharge, gravity discharge, and hybrid discharge. Centrifugal has the quicker unloader speed, suitable for small materials, such as conveying powder, granular, small block mill. Gravity discharge is with slow speed of the bucket, suitable for conveying the large mill materials such as limestone, clinker, etc. Traction component of the bucket elevator chain, plate chain and tape several.
The hopper scoop the materials from the strorage, then upgrade to the top with the conveyor belt,round down bypass the top gear. The bucket elevator dumped the material into the prepared slot. Bucket elevator is usually equipped with the outer shell in order to prevent the dust in bucket elevator from flying.
